Similar to how a charcoal dehumidifier functions, the active carbon in our formulation adsorbs formaldehyde from the air upon contact with the surface. This formaldehyde is then converted into water vapour, effectively reducing the formaldehyde content in the room and improving air quality.

Anti-stain Technology

Anti-Stain Technology offers high resistance to common household stains such as coffee, lipstick, and pencil marks. The surface is easy to clean with a damp cloth, making it harder for stains to set and easier to maintain. Anti-Stain Technology is especially beneficial in kitchens and dining areas, where spills and stains are more likely to occur. Spot-less Plus features our new AirGuard Technology to further improve your indoor air quality. The active carbon in the paint formulation adsorbs harmful formaldehyde and converts it into water vapour. This results in a cleaner, safer environment for you and your family.

Spot-less Plus Matt and Spot-less Plus Sheen offer best-in-class performance in all aspects. It is formulated with Silver Ion Technology and AirGuard Technology for cleaner, safer indoor air. Also, Spot-less Plus paint is stain-repelling, designed with a high-build formula and Colour Care technology that ensures a long lasting, beautifully smooth interior finish.

The anti-microbial properties in Spot-less Plus will remain effective as long as the integrity of the paint film is maintained and in good condition.

Spot-less Plus paint will be effective within 6 hours of application. When viruses and bacteria land on the painted surface, silver ions will destroy the lipid membrane/protein coat/cell membrane respectively, making them non-functional. This eventually causes the death of viruses and bacteria. It is scientifically proven to be 99.9% effective against viruses and bacteria.

Enveloped viruses will be destroyed once the lipid membrane is being attacked by Silver Ion.
