CMI^{^®} WallSkim 281 is an environmentally-friendly, high quality polymer-modified cement-based skim coat (topcoat) for application on internal wall and ceilings. By applying on CMI^{^®} BASE MORTAR, concrete and rendered surfaces, it delivers a high quality smooth and non-powdery surface, suitable to receive painting or wallpaper.

Pre-packed, complementing IBS construction to achieve good construction quality and less labour intense
Good workability, water retention and good bonding strength that encourages better surface improvement before applying skim coat (topcoat)
