CMI® FloorScreed 085

Pre-mixed floor screed for levelling uneven floors

CMI® FloorScreed 085 is a specially-blended pre-mixed floor screed comprising of Ordinary Portland Cement, graded sand and chemical additives to meet stringent requirements. It is easy to apply and useful for levelling rough and uneven floors.

  • Premixed with good and consistent quality
  • Pre-packed, complementing IBS construction to achieve good construction quality and less labour intense
  • Good workability and and high compressive strength with good shrinkage cracks control
  • Eco-friendly, certified with Singapore Green Label by Singapore Environment Council
  • Suitable for concrete slab, metal decking and timber flooring
