CMI^® Base Mortar 381

CMI^® Base Mortar 381 is an environmentally-friendly, high quality polymer-modified cement-based skim coat (basecoat) for application on internal rendered, concrete walls or ceilings. It also plays a part for surface improvement works to block wall and concrete wall surfaces.

• Pre-packed, complementing IBS construction to achieve good construction quality and less labour intense
• Good workability, water retention and good bonding strength that encourages better surface improvement before applying skim coat (topcoat)
